Tommee Tippee Dreamsense Smart Baby Monitor

Is a 190° horizontal pan, 80° tilt and 120° field of vision HD camera that offers a wide-angle view of your baby’s sleeping environment. The 2-way audio feature allows you to speak directly to your baby from a distance and the built-in speaker allows you to comfort and soothe your child with pink noise and pre-set set lullabies or a personalised recording

The baby unit and parent pod can be used “offline” as an effective sound monitor but when paired to our app, you will benefit from video monitoring, two-way talk, snapshot, disturbance tracking and customisation of comfort zones

With 2 intelligent microphones

One on the back and one on the front of the unit detect all noises made in the baby’s room but are clever enough to distinguish between sounds made by the baby and other background noises. This enables you to decide whether your intervention is required, therefore minimising disturbance for both you and your baby.

Temperature and humidity

A baby’s surroundings can affect the quality of their sleep and disrupt their sleeping patterns. With built-in temperature, humidity and light sensors, this clever baby monitor will accurately detect if your baby’s room is too warm, cold or light.

The parent pod notifies and shares what matters to you

Connect to the smart app to customise your sound, temperature, humidity and light comfort levels and by communicating with the baby unit, the intelligent parent pod will only notify you when any of these factors fall outside of your comfort zones.

The wireless parent pod is so much more than a traditional audio monitor, using coloured lights & sound to notify you of changes to the baby and the nursery.

Distinguishes

As the parent pod distinguishes between baby and environment, it helps inform you when you might want to go to your baby or not. A green light will indicate all factors are within your comfort zone. A flashing amber light will inform you of changes in temperature, humidity and light that fall outside your comfort zones, and baby sounds are communicated by a flashing red light. When notified, you can then open the app to learn more about the disturbance before deciding whether you want to take any action. The pause function freezes all notifications for up to 20 minutes while you decide what action to take.

Supplied with a USB-C cable, the rechargeable device provides 6-7 hours of wireless use. The unit can be used while charging or unplugged and taken anywhere in your home up to a range of 80m.

Featuring a multi-user function, you can share your device with friends and family. Compliant with international security standards, our app uses two-factor authentication for your privacy and protection, so you can rest assured that only you and your loved ones can hear and see your baby.

The smart app makes sense of everything:

Connect to the app and live stream crystal clear colour video and audio from your baby’s room directly to your i-OS or Android smartphone or tablet from wherever you are in the world. Baby at home with babysitters or the grandparents stepping in to do bedtime while you work late? Log into the app and check in on them whenever you like. The 1080p full HD video quality provides you with real-time, crystal clear images and the 3x digital pinch zoom allows you close-up views of those snoozes, smiles and giggles. Capture those special moments by taking a photo or video snapshot of your little one to save and share with others.

The app tracks

Sound, temperature, humidity and light levels in baby’s sleep environment and measures them against your baby’s disturbance patterns so you can identify the reasons for any disruption. Baby cries are tracked on a timeline next to potential disturbances, so you know whether the dog barking at 2am woke the baby or whether the sun rising at 6 a.m. made them stir. Once you have identified possible reasons, you can then adapt the environment to help the baby sleep better.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

Free delivery within the Republic of Ireland on items over €50. Orders under €50 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of €6.00.  You will receive your order within 1-2 working days providing they are in stock and are not pre-order products. This is only a guideline and is not a guarantee. While we do deliver outside of Ireland the price quoted in the cart is per box and not per order please contact customer service for a price.

Tony Kealys is unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays which are outside of their control. 

We use a third-party courier service provider and on occasion, human error may cause a package to be misdirected.  Once despatched, the on-time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the courier company and Tony Kealys cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time. 

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however, in some cases, your order may arrive in separate consignments.  

Pre-order Products: 

Use our pre-order service to order your item now and receive it when it comes into stock. You will receive your item within the timeframe as displayed on our website. When ordering a Pre-Order product, you will receive a confirmation email to state the item is a Pre-Order product and the timeframe you will receive this item. When the item comes into stock, we will ship it out to you and you will then receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. 

Click & Collect 

We are delighted to offer a complimentary Collect In-store service. Our free click & collect option allows you to get your items delivered to the store closest to you within 3-5 working days.  

You will receive 2 SMS: 

  1. Purchase confirmation 
  2. Item ready for collection (Please wait until you receive this second SMS before you come into the store to collect your items) 

How it works: 

  • Select the option "Pick up in Store" at the checkout 
  • Choose the Store most convenient to you 
  • You will receive an SMS when your order arrives in the store and is available for collection. (Please wait until you receive this SMS to come into the store to collect your items) 
  • When you visit us to collect your purchase, we will need your confirmation  SMS or order number
  • Simply supply this information to a member of staff and they will source your order for you. 

 

Returns 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 

Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. You can reach us by email: customerservice@tonykealys.com or by phone, at (01) 9060889 where we can give you further instructions. Failure to do this may result in a delay with your refund. The following information is required when you call/ email:

For hygiene reasons, we do not refund/exchange opened bedding/mattresses/breast pumps/ Elvie Trainer* unless they are faulty.

Return to store: 

You can return the item to any Tony Kealys retail store with your delivery email. Once you return your order to one of our stores our web team will then process a refund to the card your order was placed with which will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.  

Return through courier: 

As per our terms and conditions returning any items is at your own expense and through your own courier. Tony Kealys will only organise a courier and incur the cost of the return if the item is defective, or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. Once we receive your item back to the store our web team will then process a refund to the card your order was placed with, which will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

FlexiFi Returns 

Online orders paid by FlexiFi cannot be partially returned, if you wish to return an item paid by FlexFi you will be issued store credit or alternatively, you can return your full order once unopened and unused and will be issued a full refund. (This does not apply to instore) 

 Gift Cards 

At the moment our Gift Card service is not available to use online and can currently only be used In store. Gift Cards cannot be used when paying for memory makers.
